Candidate for Orange County Commissioner — District 8
“We should all do good for no other purpose but to do good.”
I was born in Tampa, Florida, where my three siblings and I entered foster care during grade school. I was later adopted by my great aunt and uncle, along with one of my siblings. My adoptive parents were strict but instilled values that continue to guide me today.
After four years of JROTC, I enlisted as an Engineer Technician in the U.S. Air Force and served for eight years. During my service, I met my beautiful wife. After completing our active duty contracts, we relocated to Orlando.
Since arriving in Orange County, I have been actively involved in volunteer efforts and have worked in both residential and commercial construction. I later focused my efforts on nonprofit construction initiatives supporting underserved communities and affordable housing — work that ultimately led me to this campaign.
While I am running for District 8 Commissioner, my record reflects a long-standing commitment to improving our community well before this campaign — and that commitment will continue.
I currently serve as President of the Board at OBTDB and work closely with residents across all economic backgrounds. I have partnered with the City of Orlando, 15 Lightyears, 4Roots, and the Homeless Services Network to deliver energy-efficient solutions for underserved individuals.
I have owned, sold, rented, and invested in property here in Orlando. This lived experience provides a practical understanding of how policy impacts people — and how to create solutions that work.
Campaigns require resources. Financial support helps, but your vote matters most.
